That really wasn't an answer you gave. "They've been there for a while", is not an answer to a question. It is very vague statement and does not define a time period as was asked in the question- If you want to go for an insurance then you must have a set of questions to avoid the least go through the terms and conditions and read between the lines in order to avoid the paradox situations which will result in the less payment again your desired expectations
